ExoScientific LLC (ExoSci) has completed its formal registration and licensing in the State of Hawaii.

The company was formed as a Hawaii Limited Liability Company on February 26, 2026. Its General Excise Tax License was issued on March 6, 2026, with a business start date of March 5, 2026. ExoSci operates under the DBA “ExoSci” and maintains its principal business address in Honolulu.

These registrations establish the legal and operational foundation for ExoScientific’s work developing integrated solutions in “bioware” (engineered aquatic life systems for closed-cycle cultivation) along with in-situ resource utilization (ISRU) planning and ecological frameworks for sustainable offworld habitation.
